a weekly challenge.

after finishing the book eating animals I decided to kick meat completely this week. this isn't too much of a stretch for me because I haven't been eating red meat of any kind for a year and a half.
here are a few good vegetarian eats that I have indulged in this week:

hopefully the rest of my vegetarian week goes well! so far, so good.

  2. Mhmm pancakes sounds fantastic. Did you make your own spicy mayo? Im having yam fries tonight too!

  3. Yah I did make it- just google it and there is a ton of recipes! I just went through them until I found one I had all the ingredients for :) there is some delicious sounding garlic aioli dips too!

  4. Yummy...you are doing so great and barely have that mixer warmed up! When can you come over to make pancakes - breakfast, lunch, dinner - your pick! M
